What you provide: printable, scissors, toilet paper, water color, glue.

Print out the ocean page and color in.

Dip the end of the paper core in paint and then press it on the page.

Do this several times to create a beautiful ocean scene.

Cut out the diver.

Decorate by cutting fish out of colored paper.

For more variety, cut out a photo to use for the diver's face. Or, create a swimmers or sharks to attach to the string instead of the diver.
